1998 Triumph Thunderbird Sport Turned Cafe Racer

Another bike rescued from the back of a garage! 

We saw her on Craigslist and got to her before anyone else ... we struck the deal with the care-taker, he was quite happy to see her go to a good home and felt quite guilty to have neglected her ... she definitely deserved and was in bad need of some TLC!  We got started on the bike in Dec. 2014 ... rebuilt the carbs and got her fired-up ... this triple runs beautifully with less than 8,000 original miles!!!  We dedicated many many hours of TLC in to her - she was a diamond in the rough and now, she is a beautiful machine!  She has already taken the "Best Cafe Racer" in a custom car/bike show!  We love how she turned out - and we have a feeling the next care-taker will agree!

We decided to go with a very deep Forest Green Metallic - a beautiful color especially when the sun hits it!  Paired with the Wimbledon White and Gold pin-stripe, she really came together nicely ... in our humble opinion!
