A Second BBR Custom for Daniel

Some of you may remember the 1978 CB750 Urban Brawler / Cafe Racer we transformed for Daniel several months ago.  He is a good man with lots of faith in the BBR Brothers!  He contacted us recently with a request to transform his recently acquired VStar 650 Classic in to a one-of-a-kind custom bobber with a suicide shifter.  He provided the seat and Z-bars ... we took it from there!  The tank has been hand-hammered, copper-leafed then hydro-dipped with a ghost-skull pattern.  The rear fender and hyper-charger cover have been treated with the same finish.  The tins were taken down to bare metal and allowed to age/rust naturally, then cleared with PPG Gloss Clear.  The foot-clutch and left hand shifter were all fabricated from scratch - they work beautifully once you get the hang of a foot clutch and hand shifter!   Daniel was blown-away when we unveiled her in February 2014!  He got used to the hand shifter very quickly!  Once again, EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED!!!  We hope you like her too!  More information is available upon request - just send us a note.
